Why isn’t my POS loading?

Ensure you have a stable internet connection and proper access. If the issue continues, try again after a few moments or contact us immediately.

How do I reset my staff login PIN?

There is no staff login PIN in RetroSuit. Staff logins are not required for POS usage.

Why is my receipt printer not printing?

You must be using a RetroWalker. Ensure it is powered on and fully configured. If the problem persists, contact us immediately.

Can RetroSuit work offline?

No. RetroSuit requires a stable internet connection to function properly.

Why are some items missing from my menu during checkout?

Items marked as unavailable or inactive will not appear in the POS. Check your Menu page to ensure the item's status is set to “Available.”

Why does my staff page show duplicate entries?

Duplicate entries appear when staff salaries are logged multiple times. Only enter payments once per payout to avoid overlapping history records.

My sales are not appearing in the dashboard — what do I do?

Ensure each sale was completed and not voided. If the issue persists, refresh the page or check your internet connection.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

RetroSuit currently offers one unified plan. Upgrading or downgrading does not apply.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, RetroSuit offers refunds for accidental payments or cancelled plans within the same month of payment.

Is my data safe?

Yes. RetroSuit uses trusted third-party services to manage all data. Without your login credentials, no one can view your information.

Do you store my payment details?

No. All payment information is handled securely by third-party processors. RetroSuit never stores card numbers.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Do I need a business license to use RetroSuit?

No. RetroSuit does not require proof of licensing. However, you must comply with your local regulations.

Can I transfer my subscription to another business?

No. RetroSuit accounts are tied to the email used during registration. Transferring ownership is not supported.
