• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized access or use of our systems, data, or networks.

3. Payment & Billing

Certain features of RetroSuit may require payment. By purchasing our products or subscriptions, you agree to pay the specified fees and any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Billing occurs on the schedule specified during checkout.
• Failure to pay will initiate the following process:
  • 2 days after the scheduled payment date: a reminder email will be sent.
  • 5 days after the scheduled payment date: a second email notification will be sent.
  • 10 days after the scheduled payment date with no payment received: your account will be suspended until payment is made.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

RetroSuit values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetroSuit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
