Meaning: RetroSuit cannot find an active receipt printer.
How to Fix:
- Ensure the printer is powered on.
- Check USB/LAN connection.
- Verify printer drivers are installed (if needed).
- Refresh the browser and retry printing.
Severity: Medium
ERR-202 — Network Connection Lost
Meaning: Device lost internet connection during a request.
How to Fix:
- Check your Wi-Fi or LAN cable.
- If using hotspot, ensure stable signal.
- Retry after a few seconds — offline mode may auto-recover.

ERR-305 — Local Cache Corrupted
Meaning: Browser local storage (RetroSuit data) is unreadable or partially deleted.
How to Fix:
- Log out and back in again.
- Clear browser cache for RetroSuit only.
- Sync inventory & menu again if prompted.

Meaning: Your account doesn’t have permission to access this feature.
How to Fix:
- Ask the owner/admin to adjust your staff role.
- Log out and log back in after changes.

Meaning: RetroSuit servers took too long to respond.
How to Fix:
- Retry after a few seconds.
- Check your internet connection.
